Program Description
Living in Idaho (Flood Real Estate LLC) sends text messages to people who have asked for help moving to, buying, selling or renting in Idaho. Messages may include:
Replies to your questions
Scheduling links, appointment confirmations and reminders
Follow-up about your inquiry, including help booking a call
How You Opt In
You agree to receive text messages from us when you:
Check the consent box on a form on livinginid.com and submit your phone number, or
Text our business number first, or ask us on a call to text you (in that case we will text you only about your request unless you agree to more)
The consent box on our forms is never pre-checked. Your consent to receive texts is not a condition of buying any property or service. Some messages may be sent using automated technology.
Message Frequency
We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
Message frequency varies depending on your inquiry and how you interact with us.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier plan.
How to Opt Out
You can cancel text messages at any time. Reply STOP to any message. You can also reply END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, STOP ALL or REVOKE, or tell us any other reasonable way (for example by email or on a call). We will honor your request within 10 business days at the latest, and usually right away. After you opt out, we will send one text to confirm, and you will not receive further texts from us unless you opt in again. To opt back in, reply START.
