The first call is a focused 20‑minute “Idaho Fit Call.” We’ll cover your timeline, budget, where you’re moving from, and what you’re looking for in terms of lifestyle and community. From there, if Idaho is still a top option and you’re planning to buy, we’ll book a longer Planning Session to dive into specific areas and next steps.
Q: I'm not ready to buy yet. Is it too early to reach out?
No. Most people who contact us are 6 to 12 months out, sometimes longer. The earlier you start, the better your plan will be when you're actually ready to move. There's no pressure and no timeline we're going to hold you to.
Q: Is this a sales pitch?
No. The first call is about seeing if there’s a mutual fit. If it is, we’ll schedule a separate Planning Session to dig into specific areas, neighborhoods, and homes.
Q: What does this cost me?
Nothing. There's no fee to work with us. Our agents are compensated through the real estate transaction, the same way any agent is. You're getting a full team behind your move at no extra cost.
Q: I've never been to Idaho. Can you still help?

That's actually a very common situation. Most people start with Boise because it's the name they know, but Idaho is a big state with a lot of different options. That's exactly what your first conversation is for. We'll help you narrow it down based on what matters to you.
Q: Is this only for people moving from out of state?
That's our specialty. Most of the families we work with are relocating from places like California, Oregon, Washington, Texas, and Florida. If you're already in Idaho and just looking to move to a different area, we can still help, but our process is built for people making the big move.
Q: I already know someone in Idaho. Do I still need this?
Maybe. A lot of people move here through a friend or a family connection, and sometimes that works out. But helping someone relocate from out of state is a very specific skill set.
